KIM BUDOLPH JOHANSEN
Commercial Leadership Advisor​

Kim has extensive experience as a commercial leader in multinational companies within electronics, foodtech, biotech, medtech, and pharma industries.

Kim's 20+ years of experience includes international B2B sales and leadership positions across industries, making him exceptionally skilled in strategic sales, key account management, and coaching.  He also understands the ins and outs of product launches, go-to-market strategies, planning, and leadership.

Prior to founding ABC and later Budolph ApS, Kim held leadership positions in multinational companies, including FOSS, GN Otometrics, Novozymes, Widex and Alcon (Novartis).​

 

Kim supports the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Vitus Council. He is accredited and certified by both INSEAD and Performance Consultants International (ICF/ACC).

 

He speaks Danish, Swedish and English fluently.

As a dynamic sales executive, Kim helps the people and businesses he works for grown and evolve through coaching and training. He is described by others as self-confident, passionate and generous when coaching, and fun, insightful and energizing when training.

Lately, in 2021, Kim undertook level one in Wine making at UC Davis where the focus is manufacturing equipment, QC analysis, biotechnology and the overall wine making processes.
